As a graduate from University of Southern California, I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2010. I bring authenticity, warmth, humor, attunement and collaboration to my work with clients. I help my clients identify unhealthy patterns that are no longer adaptive, while also exploring the origins of these patterns to increase insight and self-awareness. I collaboratively join with my clients in an empowering and empathetic manner to reconstruct healthy thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. It is my goal for my clients that after each session they will leave having learned more about themselves; because, I truly believe that awareness brings choice, and choice brings freedom.

I have been specialty trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Oaklander Model of Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy and I am a member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
