I'm not your average cardigan-wearing therapist (although I do own a few). I'm a wife, mother, and a straight shooter. I'll do so much more than just sit across from you and listen. Work with me and you'll find me, sleeves rolled up with a bold cup of coffee ready to tackle the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that no one knows you're battling. When you come to work with me, I’ll help you re-connect with your confidence, self-compassion, resilience and sense of control again!

Anxiety

We will work together to tackle your overwhelming thoughts and feelings related to stress and worry. You will learn how to feel calm, confident and like a badass again.

Trauma

Painful past experiences are common in life, but they don’t have to dictate how you live. Together we will work through your traumatic experiences and reactions and move you towards freedom and choice.

EMDR

An evidence-based approach where we work collaboratively to explore negative beliefs contributing to stress and help you gain control over your thoughts and feelings again.
